Two rooms available Dec. 1st . The apartment is a 3 bedroom unit located in the Presidio across from Baker Beach. The $799 per month rent, the utilities usually run about $20-30 per month. There is wireless high speed cable internet as well as TV cable/HBO and many on Demand movies. The apartment offers your own covered parking spot as well as plenty of free parking on the streets (there is no meter maids in the presidio that ticket as well). There is a $500 security deposit, I don’t need first and last months rent, just the $799 + 500= $1299.
The environment is calm, quiet and beautiful as we are surrounded by trees, plants and lots of open space. The rooms measure 9.5 x 13 feet with a standard 4 x 2 foot closet. There is other storage space available, including an outdoor storage shed where we keep bikes and such. There is a full size kitchen, a large living room. There is one bathroom that that we all would share.
The apartment is close to the corner of Lincoln Ave. and Pershing Drive and is a three minute walk from Baker Beach. I am a laid back 29 year white male that graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a Literature Major and work a 9-5 job in marketing in downtown SF. I grew up in Stinson Beach, Marin County about 20 miles north of SF. I enjoy playing the guitar, surfing, hiking, and going out with my friends on the weekends. I am looking for male or female roommates that are down to earth and drama free.
The great thing about this place is that it is within walking distance of the numerous stores and restaurants of Clement Street and a 5 minute drive from the Marina District. If you work downtown there is a free Presidio shuttle that picks you up in front of our apartment.
The biggest perk of course, is that you will be living next to the beach as well as a lot of nice hiking trails. If you’re the outdoorsy type but want to live in the big city at the same time – this is the place for you!
